[LOGic] Skip radio at startup?

Good morning!

I have LOGic configured to work with my Mark-V. But when I start LOGic
without the rig turned on it locks up for about 30 seconds while the radio
times out. I'm just getting started with LOGic, importing, etc so I find
myself getting in and out of LOGic without the radio a lot. Is there a way
to start the program without it trying to connect to the radio? Something
like holding down the shift key like Windows?
