eQSL dosen't count for DXCC credit purposes in Logic. To be shure go to
Tools > setup > log fields, spotting &awards tracking
GET DXCC and select "Awards tracking & spotting" label and look at the upper
left side:
It must be cheked the 2 first options and uncheked the ".. eQSL OK for this
award?" (third option)
If eQSL cards become accepted in a future for DXCC, you must check this
third option and run an update award progress info

How does a filter on the eqsl field affect the LOTW field, Mel? I'm confused
on the relationship. Please explain.

Actually that wouldn't work as it would exclude a card that was confirmed on
eQSL and Lotw for example. Does Logic count eQSL for DXCC credit? I'll have
to check...
