[LOGic] DATE FORMAT

I am writing a custom report to use for submitting cards for DXCC credit =
on
various bands according to the layout requested by the ARRL. I have it =
all
looking really good, but the date format is in mm/dd/yyyy and it is =
supposed
to be dd/mm/yyyy.

I might be somewhat brain-dead here today, so, I need some help in =
figuring
out how to make the report print the correct format.
Is it as easy as changing the default date format for the whole program =
and
it will change for the reports??
