[LOGic] imbedded punctuation in county names

I've had this problem for awhile, since I've been working on my county
total. It the county name has imbedded punctuation in it like MI,ST.JOSEPH ,
when you do a search of the data base you get MI,SAINT JOSEPH . So when you
do a TOOLS , UPDATE AWARDS PROGRESS INFO you get a MI,ST.JOSEPH not in the
CNTY list. If you look at the CNTY list you see SAINT JOSEPH without the
period. My question is, where does LOGIC get the ST. from? Also it might be
nice to allow the entry either way. I know I can correct the entry to
contain the period by editing the CNTY list, but then I would have to do
this on several computers, and it also becomes a maintenance issue, as once
fixed for one county, more will pop up...
