Subject: [LOGic] a few more logic questions..
i'm trying to modify some of the reports in logic7.. namely i want to be
able to customize a qsl label to print multiple qsos on it along with my own
text and at a different size. i've also worked on modifying a qsl card
report to print multiple qsos there too. i know that some of the reports
already do this--at least i know that some qsl label reports do so i'm not
just trying to reinvent the wheel.
so far, i've read the help pages and tried to take a good look at how the
various reports are put together with the report editor tool, but i still
have some questions. one is exactly how multiple qsos from the same call
are handled. i've found a variable that's initialized for this purpose, but
i can't see how it's actually used. any quick hints on that? :) that's
really the one item that has me stuck this evening.
is there a tutorial that addresses this in some more depth with some basic
examples? i think the help pages are fine as far as they go, but i'm
looking for a little more info.
i'm also wondering if there's a "zoom" tool that i'm not seeing. working on
some of the reports at the "label size" gets a bit tedious. the bring to
front/send to back tools help a lot, but seeing the whole layout larger
would help too. i do graphic arts and photoshop work for a living, so i'm
used to that kind of interface. not a big deal, just a question.
thanks & 73
