[LOGic] LOGic 8 Install Problem

Logic8
Win 98SE (128MB)
Pentium4 1.8GHz
Installed fine and ran once for a few seconds then crashed the computer. 
Rebooted and did a clean and now it crashes on boot with an Error 2091 
spots.dbf has become corrupted on line XYZ.
Tried to ignore and it runs down a few lines and does the same. If I 
continue to ignore it eventually crashes the system.
Moved the spots.dbf file hoping if it was not there it would regenerate 
one. No luck just crashes.
Ideas?
