[Logic] Move to Spot Frequency with Orion

Hi--
Bob, W2WG spent considerable time on the phone with me today.
With his help, the Orion is fixed.
All we did was add a tiny delay between netting freq & mode. We think
the problem occurs on very fast computers.
Pse download the latest update.
