Hi Lionel,
I'll give it a go.
1. Yes, using LOGic7 you can import (download) LoTW QSL records.
2. LOGic7 adds LOTWs and LOTWr fields, equivalent to QSLs & QSLr fields. 
Importing LoTW QSLs will populate your LOGic database and show in your Log 
(as long as you have the LOTWs and LOTWr fields in your log).
3. LOGic7 Awards (for example: "Progress List") will include LOTWs and LOTWr 
fields as well as QSLs & QSLr fields when resolving your awards.
4. I have not paid attention to spots and how that works w/ "LoTW r = F" 
records. I should think if it did not work properly I'd have noticed.
