[Logic] Logic 7 Awards Update REJUECTS

I thought I had everything sorted out here to the point where I was 
confident enough to delete Logic 6.
But... now when I run "Update Awards Progress' I end up with almost 
all of my 6000 or so entries being "REJECTED" because of invalid 
mode.
The modes are things like SSB and CW and PSK31, all of which are 
entered on the mode tables.
I have a call in for Dennis, but maybe someone here has already 
resolved this one..
