I guess I don't agree with the reasoning, but, maybe I don't understand yet
the whole picture. I sent Dan an email, as well as Dave Pruett, K8CC who is
the Contest Advisory Committee Great Lakes Division representative for maybe
a different viewpoint. Will let you know the responses.
