[Logic] Another problem with F6

Actually I use Writelog for contesting...
Trouble is... I honestly find Logic the clumsiest program I've used to
date for straightforward entry of QSO's as I operate... Which I consider
to be a shame, because it has so many very nice features, and I'm sure
the entry process could easily be optimized. The other programs I have
used extensively are CT and Writelog (for contesting only) and Log-EQF,
Win-EQF, DX4Win and DXLab.
A logging program, even for everyday logging, should be very natural to
use as you make contacts... With Logic, I'm fighting with it all the
time... Which is particularly distracting if you are trying to copy CW
and battle Logic simultaneously. Now, I'm sure some of this is just a
matter of getting used to Logic's eccentricities, but overall the entry
of QSO's as you operate could be improved a lot. It's quite likely that
this is a result of Logic's fairly long history... It started as a DOS
program, and has evolved thru a few Window's versions now. Sometimes
things can get a bit "untidy" from trying to maintain backward keystroke
compatibility from version to version...
As things stand, I might switch back to DX4Win... However, I would
really miss some of the Logic features... So I'm really hoping Dennis
takes a fresh look at the entry process...
Cheers & Beers...
