[Logic] LOTW and LOGic

Hi Carl,
Presently there is no place to submit a log. The beta test on LoTW has 
ended but the REAL version should be on the air shortly. You may stay in 
touch with what is going on by checking the web site www.arrl.org/lotw/ 
for the latest information. The programmers were shooting for September 
15 as a start date but I am not certain this date is still valid. We 
will just have to watch the web site for the start date and the 
necessary instructions.
Also, someone asked about continuing the present method of sending QSL 
cards to ARRL for credit. This method will continue for those who choose 
not to use LoTW.
