Anyone know if there is Batch Update Utility for 1010# ???
My friend has a few thousand 10M Q's in ADIF files. They are RAW
data i.e. Call, Time, Date, and Band.
I setup LOGic 6 for him, and setup USR4 for 1010#'s, enabled the
automatic lookup when he enters a callsign. Also setup Web callbook
lookup.
He was impressed when I Imported on of his ADIF's and did a batch Web
Callbook Lookup. Then he said "Hey, there is no County info", so then
I "zapped" the log, re-imported the same ADIF and did a Batch CD lookup
and got his County info. Then he said "Hey, where is the 1010# info".
I can see his point, he doesn't want to try lookup every call by hand
to get a 1010# for them (if they have one).
Now he's got me scratching my head. Anyone else have this problem ???
Anyone have a solution ???
It seems like the basic concept would simply check each log record with
the 1010# list table and if their is a HIT, then enter the 1010# in that
record and move on to the next record. While I have Visual FoxPro, I'm
not sure of the workings of LOGic and how to integrate such a utility.
