[Logic] Report Modification

Several months ago someone noted that when printing QSL labels with the
'larger type' selection that the very first character was not printed
completely on some laser printers. The fix was identified as simply going
to 'Modify Reports', selecting 'File' and changing the setting of 'Left
Margin'.
What option or process is the 'Modify Reports' section under? For the life
of me, I cannot find it! Is that option only available under version 6? I
am using the last version/build of 5.
