Hi Carl,
We were discussing the drop down menus that are associated with the
WebCluster spotting window and the Telnet 1 and Telnet 2 windows. In the
WebCluster spotting window there is an Edit box which you can click to
highlight the address you have in the box above. Once there you can
change that address to allow you to change what DXSummit sends to you.
If you are not familiar with this it is covered on the "Tips and Tricks"
website under "Spot Processing Help". There are a large number of ways
that you can set it up to receive only the spots you want from DXSummit.
However, once these addresses were in the menu I could not find a way to
remove any of them. George saved the day and showed me the path.
The same is true with the drop down menus for Telnet. They contain a
list of telnet addresses to various sites. Some of them are no longer
valid and do not work. I was looking for a way to get rid of the ones
that did not work and only keep the ones I wanted to use on the menu.
Again, George saved the day for me.
So, that is what our thread was all about. Hope you had a Happy New
Year.
