[Logic] List of Valid Values

For the lack of anything better to do this morning, I was
updating the JCC list of valid values in LOGic 5. LOGic 6
is also installed but I have not switched to it yet. In
comparing the current JCC listing to what is distributed
as part of LOGic 6, it appears that the LOGic 6 List of
Valid Values for JCC is at least seven years out of date.
This may not come as a surprise to long time users of
LOGic but newer users of the program may not realize
that the valid values list must be user maintained.
Of course, if you don't chase the JCC award (Japan Cities)
this particular list won't be of interest to you. However,
there may be entries in other parts of the List of Valid Values
in LOGic 6 which are similiarly out of date.
