[Logic] UTC TIME

Thanks for the note Tony. This is a brand new motherboard, the battery
checks fine and I leave the computer on 24hours a day. The clock will run
fast, about one minute an hour, so I use D4 Time. I had used it for years
on the old computer and operating system as well and like it because it
doesn't do anything fancy. Just sets the computer clock when I want it to.
In my case I have it set the time every hour that I am on the net and once
each time when I first go online.
