[Logic] Hidden Windows

I spoke too soon. Before I sent the message below, I tried it several times
and it worked and the windows came 'on top'. After I sent the message below,
I went back and tried it again and this time the first window would ONLY
come 'on top' the Info window. I tried a few more times, and now the windows
are again completely hidden. :>(
