Probably what he was talking about Steve is that your new computer =
motherboard wont accept ISA cards. My new motherboard only has PCI slots =
so I had to by a new modem and sound card because they were in ISA slots =
(16 bit) in the old computer. And the new motherboard I bought has no =
ISA slots. They are all PCI slots (32 bit). So all you have to do is =
purchase a PCI serial board that has 4 ports on it.

Subject: [Logic] Serial cards
Good Morning,
I just bought a new 2.0ghz computer and it only has two serial =
ports...My
old one had a card I bought that made it 4 serial ports but the tech =
said no
way would it fit in the new computer, something about the ISA was =
different
or something of that sort...Anyways, is there a card that can be bought =
for
these new computers that gives you more serial ports? Lots of things to =
plug
into them...Rotor, radio, rig blaster, etc.....He says he cant find one =
but
I dont think he is looking very hard....Any info would be helpful. Make,
brand, where to buy etc....
Thanks, Steve N6TT
