[Logic] Not ready for prime time?

I use a lot of software in a networked environment. With few exceptions,
most problems were self inflicted. Usually, a careful read of the
documentation and help files, along with some common sense solved the
problem.
I don't expect all software to solve all problems and as hard as I try the
"Vulcan mindmeld" approach does not work.
To keep things in perspective, GM just announced the recall of 1.9 MILLION
cars.
