Hi everyone,
I am part of the Lua Workshop 2013 staff and living in Toulouse.
I heard that *le bar de la lune* has a good reputation among open coders.
It may be a good pick :)
Furthermore it is quite close to the place where LW2013 will take place,
useful to locate yourself in the city.
