Re: Lua 5.1.3 bug in string.byte

We tried to clean this for 5.2. The idea is to use size_t consistently
in all places, except in posrelat, that now gets a ptrdiff_t and returns
a size_t. It should work for any index with an absolute value that
fits both in a size_t and a ptrdiff_t, but it is hard to be sure.
I am attaching the new code if anyone is interested.
