L is an open and global lua_State* which is passed to the function by a lua_atpanic function. Does linking Lua as a DLL affect this? The thing is this function works fine when I compile the Lua sources into my project, and it will print an error message. When I link to Lua dynamically it prints no error.
My question is...why?
