I'll probably will at some point, as I do have a large number of bindings
which were not generated with toLua. Thankfully, a lot of them share
common structure and are generated by a handful of macros. But this lets
me with a reasonnable number of functions to convert :)
At a first read, the lua_lua2C define is present twice.
