Thanks Scuri but the problem is not
even with tkgllua...
I got a very simple example opengl program
that comes with Mesa and added the
WriteImage line.
In a SGI it works fine, in my Linux box the
image comes back all black.
The code is pretty machine independent and
is smart doing byte ordering checks.
I think I will just compile lua/gllua/tklua
and run everything from a SGI - at least
until my deadline is over and I can put
some time to figure out what is going on.
