Yes, I see that. But what you're doing on the router/firewall doesn't
matter if you're trying to connect to 172.16.16.2 from the Internet
(which is what I believe you said you're trying to do) because you can't
get to the router/firewall (because 172.16.0.0/12 is unroutable).
