I think it is actually an Xorg thing - it became disabled on Gentoo as
well, and Gentoo tends to stay pretty close to upstream (I can't think
of any Gentoo user who would actually prefer having C+A+Bksp
disabled). There are a few ways to re-enable it, which I don't
remember offhand.
