Well, I *really* wanted to write 20090921T213000-0400 (or even 2009年09月21日 21:30 -04:00), but I figured if I wanted anyone to actually watch it, I should try to be more readable. Though admittedly this crowd would probably mostly get it. :-) I love ISO-8601, it actually sorts dates/times correctly, it's unambiguous, it slices, it dices, it's better than a Ronco Salad Shooter!
