Maybe this will help bring this into the realm of the normal: Using psselect, I can make a ps document with pages 1 1 2 2 3 3 etc. as above. I can use psbook to achieve the other. These are one to a page. So psnup should work, right? But I can't get the output page size to set correctly. psnup -s1 -2 -pletter input.ps output.ps should work, but doesn't.
