I listened to the mp3 and, despite her (after the fact) protests, it's still a threatening sounding message that involves children. While firing may have been a bit heavy handed for the first offense I don't know how *I* would handle it if I was her boss. Oh, and I don't know if it *was* her first offense of this type either.
