LeRoy- Looks like apache doesn't know what to do with that type of file. If memory serves, I think that you need to update your mime types and route the php web request to php.. I remember having the same issue - I'd have to check next time I'm home on the specifics of my config. Hopefully someone else has the info handy, though.
