DCA.net's covad backhaul was out most of today (6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.). Something similar happened a week or two ago. Any of you guys in the business know what's going on, if these things are related, etc.? DCA + Covad has been pretty reliable, but it'd be nice to know a bit more of what's been happening.
