Don't. It's a bad idea. 
But if you really want to...
Edit the file /etc/passwd, and delete what is between the 1st & second
colons on the line starting with that username. It should look something
like this (for username "test"):
test:x:1005:1005:,,,:/home/test:/bin/bash
(if you've got apparently random characters where the "x" is, you need to
shadow your password file)
Change it to look like this:
test::1005:1005:,,,:/home/test:/bin/bash
I say again... you do not want to do this. Bad security stuff.
