What does your /etc/fstab look like? Is the line that defines the
/mnt/floppy specified as noauto? like:
/dev/fd0 /floppy minix rw,noauto,user 0 0
/dev/fd0 /dosa msdos rw,noauto,user 0 0
If this doesn't work we should bring this up wednesday night.
