GnuWin Help

• Announcements of new packages, new releases, updates and bug fixes are sent to both the Announcement mailing list and the User mailing list.

There are several ways to get help:

• Questions on how to use a program are best asked on the mailing lists of the package itself (see its homepage mentioned on the GnuWin package page).
• Bugs (errors when executing programs from GnuWin) can be reported to the Bugs list. Please use this list only for bugs, and not as a substitute list for asking questions. Use this only for bugs related to the GnuWin port; report bugs relating to the package itself, to the package maintainers (see the homepage mentioned on the GnuWin package page).
• New features can be requested at the RFE forum. Use this only for features related to the GnuWin port; request new features relating to the package itself, from the package maintainers (see the homepage mentioned on the GnuWin package page).
• You can also join the User mailing list and post questions. Messages to the Help Forum also appear on the user mailing list, but not the other way around.
• You can also post messages to the Help Forum.
