Kosrae State Code

This version of the Kosrae State Code is the unofficial version of the Code, as updated by the legislative counsel staff of the Kosrae State Legislature. This version is updated through Kosrae State Law 7-166.

The first official version of the code was done in 1985 (see, "1985 Introduction") and the latest official revision of the code was undertaken in 1997 (see, "1997 Revision").

This version includes typographical corrections and suggested grammatical improvements that do not appear in the original state laws. Minor format editing was done by the LIS Project to improve the readability of the Code. Additional cross references and links have been added throughout the Code by the LIS Project to assist in more efficient research.
