So, I want to make an operating system named XOS. I need more artists and more programmers including someone who can code bootloaders and EFI files. I also need a UI and UX designer. I already have 2 developers and 1 artist (me), if you are wondering why I said "more".

There is already a pretty well known OS called z/OS.

It’s a trademark of IBM.

What do you offer to your developers? Fame, money, or?

@nsmjx It's a volunteer job, till I sell the OS (2$ per download)and they will also be featured in the Developers section in the settings app.
@iansjack, I now renamed it to RCOS (Really Cool OS) If that's also an OS then I rename it to BEst OS.

Topics like these make appreciate why the articles for beginners are written in a frank tone. Though the people who need those the most clearly don't read them.
