UniPrint Ordering Process

Standard Items: Items available on the UniPrint website i.e. namebadges, business cards, letterhead, etc. will be ordered through the Buckeye Buy request via supplier hosted catalog.
GET Card

GET Card - Group Extended Travel Card
Issued to faculty/staff for the procurement of business travel expenditures. Valid for one trip only. Must provide valid approved spend authorization for application.

Advantages of a GET Card are:

Employee's name is on the card making car rental and check-in at hotel easier. Card is for one trip only. Limits are more flexible. Can be carried with employee for the duration of the trip. Can be OSP or UNIV.

Requirements are the following:
Blanket Purchase Orders- FY26 can be requested as of April 14, 2025

OSU Purchasing will begin accepting requisitions for FY26 Blanket Purchase Orders beginning 4/14/2025.
