Lake Akan Ainu Theater IKor

The Japan's first Ainu theater which is committed to promoting traditional Ainu culture. 3 different stages are performed on and off including Ainu Traditional Dance, which is designated as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. Lost Kamuy is a fusion of traditional and contemporary dances which features the theme of " co-existence of human and wolves" accompanied with the state-of-the art digital technology. From 2021 season, the new play " The Epic Story of Fire God" begins. It is based on a epic story which old Ainu woman told. Every play last 30 minutes.
