Extension of Residence Period for International Student of Ito Campus Dormitories

We are now accepting applications for extension of residence period in Dormitory I, II, III and Ito Harmony House. If you are a current resident of Ito campus dormitory and wish to extend your residence period, follow the procedures below to make an application. Please note that your extension of residence period is not always guaranteed by submitting the application.

1.Eligibility

Any international students who belong to undergraduate/graduate schools and those who are currently living in Dormitory I, II, III and Ito Harmony House.

2.Rooms Available for Extension

・Dormitory I
・Dormitory II
・Dormitory III
・Ito Harmony House

3.Application Period

November 11th, 2019 〜Deadline: November 22th, 2019

4.Selection Policy

Priorities are given to the students under following condition:
1st Priority: Those who are graduating in September 2020.
2nd Priority: Those who came to Japan in October 2019 and their residence period ends in March 2020.
3rd Priority: Those who came to Japan before October 2019 and their residence period ends in March 2020.

5.How to Apply

Submit an application by email to gagryomu@jimu.kyushu-u.ac.jp. Please specify “Dormitory Application” as subject and make sure to attach “Application Form” to the email.

7.Notification of Result

The result will be notified by e-mail on November 29th, 2019.

8.Residence Period

April 1st, 2020 〜 August 31st, 2020
(It will be within the standard course term and the period shown above.)
