Tusi Tab Fau |
| Description |
The New Testament, translated into an Efatese language, published in 1889. The scan was made possible by the assistance of the Royal Historical Society of Victoria who lent a copy to allow it to be digitised. Katie Bicevskis scanned the book at the University of Melbourne Digitisation Centre. Christina Sabbagh reworked the OCRed text to convert the 2 column structure of the original. Nick Thieberger added the KJV English translation to create a parallel text, and found missing verses in the translation as a result. In this item you will find the original page images as a pdf, the monolingual text version and the combined parallel text version. There are still errors, especially where the page creased into the spine. |
