DNA flow-stretch assay analysis

This piece of code allows you to analyse typical movies (tif format) showing fluorescently-labelled protein binding on flow-stretched DNA molecules. It reports protein binding position of DNA extracted by 2D Gaussian fitting of protein fluorescent spots on marked DNA molecules. It also reports DNA length, makes kymograms.
