Transfer the top window between two igor instance

In this project, I offer an alternative way to transfer the top window between two open igor instances, even with different igor versions.

which support the Graph, Table, Gizmo(IP>8.00)...

I haven't checked the compatibility in MacOS, but I think it could work.

Feel free to try and let me know if you have any suggestions.

Add: In most cases, it works fine. maybe, the first time it works igor reprots a missing "Macro", I don't konw why. Ignore it and repeat the operation once more and you'll be done.
