Code 1 error while processing data

Hello,

Posting this for a friend who doesn't yet have a forum account but runs Igor Pro. While processing some HDF5 Tofware data on Igor 9, he and I are seeing a "Code 1" error (shown below). I am not sure what this error means and whether the cause is rooted in Igor Pro or in Tofware. Hence thought to share here... If possible, kindly advise how to resolve this error.. my first hunch is a compatibility issue but don't know for sure.

Software versions are: Igor 9.01.2.

And Tofware 3.3.0

I'm not at all familiar with Tofware, but it looks like a DoAlert message created in that code. If you search for text: "Encountered error! Code 1" in the Tofware procedure window, you should be able to find the source. Otherwise contact the software vendor.

Unfortunately, Tofware procedures are encrypted, so you can't search them.

There are some compatibility issues with Igor 9 and Tofware. You may need an update that you can get only from Tofwerks.
