Definition and Usage
The ng-mouseup directive tells AngularJS what to do when a
mouse click is finished.
The ng-mouseup directive from AngularJS will not override the element's original onmouseup event, both will be executed.
The order of a mouse click is:
1. Mousedown
2. Mouseup
3. Click
