Bug: Default setting of $doLogTopicView in TWiki.cfg breaks WebStatistics
Test case
- Install TWiki with default settings
- WebStatistics will have an empty View column
This started in the March 2001 beta, I think - the Dec 2000 version did have $doLogTopicView set to 1 by default, or at least logged views by default. I have only just realised that this was fixable using TWiki.cfg, having thought it was a bug so far...

Fix record
Can we either:
- Change the default $doLogTopicView to 1, so that WebStatistics works out of the box (preferable!)
- Put in a comment on WebStatistics page or in installation notes, saying 'set $doLogTopicView to 1' to get stats to work; and also put a comment in TWiki.cfg.

$doLogTopicView actually is already set to 1 in Alpha for some time. I enabled now the other flags as well since disk space is inexpensive.
