ftp_rename -- Renames a file on the ftp server.

Description

bool ftp_rename ( resource ftp_stream, string from, string to)

ftp_rename() renames the file or directory currently named from to the new name to, on the FTP stream ftp_stream.

Returns TRUE on success, FALSE on error.
