Obtaining This Service

This service is delivered by TechSoup's trusted service provider, Tech Impact.

When TechSoup approves your request, we will send a confirmation message to your organization email address. Within two business days, our service provider will contact you to deliver this service.

• An active Google Workspace account is required.
• Data review may require server admin access credentials.

• Quantity:
  • Organizations may request the following offer only once per individual support issue: IT Help Desk, Single-Issue Tech Support Fix.
  • Organizations may request as many other TechSoup Services offers as they need.
• Budget: Organizations with annual operating budgets of any size are eligible.
• Nonprofits and libraries only: Services are available only to qualifying nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation and to public libraries. Public libraries must either have valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or be listed in the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) database.
• Organization types:
  • Only nonprofit organizations whose missions meet the Microsoft eligibility guidelines are eligible for Office 365 services.
  • All organization types are eligible for all other services.
• Terms and conditions: Organizations that request TechSoup Services offers must agree to any applicable terms and conditions.
• Subscription termination: TechSoup Services reserves the right to terminate a subscription.
• Anti-discrimination policy: Organizations must comply with the TechSoup Anti-Discrimination Policy.
• Case study: Recipient organizations must be willing and able to provide information to TechSoup Services for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial.
• Service distribution:
• Services will be distributed to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
• Recipient organizations may not transfer or resell TechSoup Services offers.
