Eligibility
Your qualified status with TechSoup will not apply to your validation for the Adobe Express Premium nonprofit offer; Adobe will require organizations complete a separate validation. All eligibility questions related to the Adobe Express Premium nonprofit offer should be directed to Adobe or its validation partner.
Renewals
If you obtained an Adobe Express Premium subscription through TechSoup and are looking to renew it, you can do so through Adobe’s website. Please note, you will be required to complete a separate validation process.

To access the Adobe Virtual Assistant click the message icon in the bottom right corner. You will be required to log in with your Adobe ID. For a different method of contacting Adobe Support, select View other contact options at the top of the Virtual Assistant window.
