This automatically logs a user out if they're idle for a set amount of time. We define 'idle' as having not refreshed the right-hand frame. The administrator can set a standard time for all users or allow users to set their own timeout values.

- Removed http calls that were being made with every page request and were causing entries to be made in httpd error logs and were also problematic for SSL-based installations. The implementation decisions in v1.0 were a bit rediculous, so if you have it, I highly recommend you upgrade to v1.1.

Description: * Cleaner Javascript timout in addition to the standard META logout of 0.1.x. Non-JS browsers won't have a problem, and JS-capable browsers should have a cleaner experience.
* Now works for pages not in the /src directory.
